PAYMENT, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENT:
Tattva Global is integrated with a reliable & secure payment platform, to
enable customers transact seamlessly. Payment can be made through
 UPI, all electronic mode of payments
 Domestic & International Credit & Debit cards
 Master card, Visa card or ATM card
 Net banking and
 Mobile wallets.


RETURN & REFUND:
We have a full refund policy, if you are not satisfied with the product in terms
of freshness & quality. The refund is subject to receiving the goods back in our
warehouse within 10 days from the date of delivery

Return of goods to our warehouse should have customer name, valid address,
contact number and a valid reason for returning the goods for our review and
approval.
Customer may kindly note, the refund will not include, shipping and packing
charges

REPLACEMENT


Replacement of damaged purchase, once reviewed and approved after return
delivery, will be shipped within 24 hrs, subject to availability of stock.
In case the product is not available in stock, customer can choose an alternate
product (subject to price difference) or can receive a refund (excluding packing
and shipping charges as per refund policy)
